How does a Multi-Day Course work?

A Multi-Day Course meets multiple times over one or more weeks. Learners join the teacher in live video chat sessions at scheduled times. Outside of these sessions, they can take part in a classroom discussion group and message the teacher directly. Longer courses create more opportunities: real-time activities, engaging projects, and interaction with diverse classmates from other states and countries.

Class Experience

This exercise dance flex course includes step by step instruction for a warm up and a cool down routine. Students have the liberty to learn at their own pace and whenever they'd like to feel comfortable with the steps. The classes will build on each other and students will be able to practice the songs they've learned together in a progressively longer work out.

Each week, we will do something exciting. Students also have the ability to pause instruction for water breaks. And the flexibility of this course allows for students to work on their dances according to when their schedule allows.

We will dance to age appropriate (popular and fun) music. Students will need to wear clothing they can sweat in, appropriate footwear, and have water available. They need to have adequate space to move around.

This is an inclusive class. Students of all abilities are welcome! If there is something I can do to make the class successful for the student, please let me know what I can do.

Safety is a top priority for the student. This class will involve a lot of movement and activity. The following is a list of the things the student will need to ensure a successful and safe class. *Open space away from tables and chairs *Parental supervision *Water bottle *Athletic clothing (t-shirt, shorts and/or bike shorts *Athletic shoes

Nothing as such.


Students will have movement and be active by stretching, jumping and a Zumba style dance.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites. Students should have well-fitting sneakers, a water bottle, and a few feet of space in each direction to move.

The progress will be assessed in the classroom.

Parents may want to remain close by to encourage attention and help with any technology issues that might arise.
