No experience is needed! Students will learn stretches to improve mobility, simple choreography to develop hand-eye coordination as well as body awareness, and strength training exercises to build muscle for injury prevention. The class will go as follows: *Stretches - 10 minutes *Dancing - 40 minutes (various songs and various choreography each class) *Strength Exercises - 10 minutes
This session will teach dance to little kids and prepare them for various Interschool competitions. Communication and instructions delivery with children is excellent and besides dance I conduct various play way methodologies to keep them engaged in the class. Dancing styles which I offer are- Freestyle, Hip Hop, Bollywood and Bhangra.
