How does a Multi-Day Course work?

A Multi-Day Course meets multiple times over one or more weeks. Learners join the teacher in live video chat sessions at scheduled times. Outside of these sessions, they can take part in a classroom discussion group and message the teacher directly. Longer courses create more opportunities: real-time activities, engaging projects, and interaction with diverse classmates from other states and countries.

Bharatanatyam is one of the most beautiful and elegant dance forms, replete with intricate footwork and hand gestures. It is the confluence of bhava (expression), raga (melody), tala (rhythm) with natyam (dance) - hence the name, BhaRaTa Natyam.

Students will learn Adavus, repertoires, new choreographies, along with that injury prevention exercises, strength and flexibility increasing training will also be given. Doubt clearing sessions will be given. Each student will be having individual attention. Exams will be conducted yearly.

This session is a fun way to introduce young kids to the beautiful super ancient art of Bharatanatyam ( bah-rut-naa-tee-yum), which is one of the seven classical dances of India.
