The course will enable the students to achieve better focus, performance, flexibility ,stronger immunity and sences of harmony. They will be taught yoga postures, participate in mindfulness activities, meditate and use breathing techniques to help calm the mind and the nervous system. This class is built to promote stress relief, improve flexibility and increase strength, while increasing self-confidence and body awareness. Each class will begin slow, increase in momentum and then slow back down to allow for a period of cooling off and deep relaxation (Savasana or Peaceful Garden).
Students will become familiar with a variety of yoga poses, meditations and how the breath can be used to calm the body and mind. If students attend the class for several sessions they should gain body awareness, self-confidence while ahving a lot of fun.
Every session includes:
- Course wise yoga poses from beginners to advanced level.
- Hand postures for achieving more focus and immunity boosting.
- Pranayama
- Storytelling
- Moral boosting
- Ancient Shloka recitation.
