How does a Multi-Day Course work?

A Multi-Day Course meets multiple times over one or more weeks. Learners join the teacher in live video chat sessions at scheduled times. Outside of these sessions, they can take part in a classroom discussion group and message the teacher directly. Longer courses create more opportunities: real-time activities, engaging projects, and interaction with diverse classmates from other states and countries.

Description

Class Experience

Looking to bring your chess level to a new level? Let's learn together how to develop and improve your calculation, strategic, and critical thinking skills!

This course is suitable for learners who have already attended the beginner's course.

During our classes (classes limit to 8 students), we will learn how to come up with the plan, find the best opening, and know how to play an endgame! And in general work your way around! We will learn to see our opponent's threats and ideas. Sometimes the game might take different turns, so let's learn how to stay confident, look for a counterattack, and not to give up! Students will see many different ways the game might take turns and learn how to fight until the end, and share their life experiences to find the correlations between the game of chess and life situations. We all will get to know how the game of chess might be helpful outside the "chess borders"!
