How does a Multi-Day Course work?

A Multi-Day Course meets multiple times over one or more weeks. Learners join the teacher in live video chat sessions at scheduled times. Outside of these sessions, they can take part in a classroom discussion group and message the teacher directly. Longer courses create more opportunities: real-time activities, engaging projects, and interaction with diverse classmates from other states and countries.

Class Experience

The live class will be conducted on zoom. It will be structured in a way that the first 5 minutes will be introduction and revision; for the next 30 minutes, students will be taught the subject matter for the class and the last ten minutes will be question and answers. During the class, the students can also raise hands for doubts or speaking. Topics covered in class will be- India - State and Capitals, Neighboring Countries; Historical Events, Buildings & Monuments - Famous Sites in the World; Books and Authors; People and Places of the World; Abbreviations; Oceans & Continents; Types of Profession; Human Body and Animal Family; Features of Earth and Our Universe; Inventions & Inventors; Films - Actors and Actresses, Women in Cinema, and Types of Dance; Countries - Flags, Capitals, Currencies, and Cities of the World; Sports - Types, Events and its Players; Current Affairs

24 hours prior to the class, students will be provided class material and after the class, they would be provided assignments or worksheets which they have to complete and submit 5 hours prior to the next scheduled class.

The goal of this class is to ensure that students learn above and beyond the textbook and see the importance of GK as an essential part of their lives. The students would be provided emails about the lesson plan and worksheets for the lesson through email 24 hours prior to the class and post the class, they would be given assignments which they have to complete and email at least 5 hours prior to the next class. Students will be provided feedback about the same through email. Parents would also be provided weekly feedbacks about the students progress.
