How does a Multi-Day Course work?

A Multi-Day Course meets multiple times over one or more weeks. Learners join the teacher in live video chat sessions at scheduled times. Outside of these sessions, they can take part in a classroom discussion group and message the teacher directly. Longer courses create more opportunities: real-time activities, engaging projects, and interaction with diverse classmates from other states and countries.

Description

Class Experience

In every class kids will learn different yoga postures (asanas). In addition, there will be focus on specific body areas in every class (for example if one class is focused on back bends, next class will be focused on lower body flexibility etc). There will be meditation and relaxation in every class to help develop mental strength. They’ll learn the correct breathing practices in every asana .

1. Students will learn to connect with their inner self

2. We push them with compassion, humor and understanding

3. Class flow is designed to present challenging asanas in a fun and playful way

4. We bring them into challenging poses in order to help them focus, and this also helps teens to keep behavioral problems at bay

5. These classes will help them become more peaceful compassionate and balanced young learners

6. We give them enough time for Savasana meditation, which gives them peace of mind and releases mental stress This class helps the students to channel their energy and practice yoga asanas for greater flexibility and strength.
