In every class kids will learn different yoga postures (asanas). In addition, there will be focus on specific body areas in every class (for example if one class is focused on back bends, next class will be focused on lower body flexibility etc). There will be meditation and relaxation in every class to help develop mental strength. They’ll learn the correct breathing practices in every asana .
