Description

Class Experience

Students will learn to communicate and read in Hindi. Focus will be on varnmala (vowels and consonants of Hindi)
Week 1 : Introduction of Hindi vowels (swar) and learn the sounds, words that begin with these vowels. We will practice how to introduce ourselves in Hindi.
Week 2: Hindi consonants (vyanjan) and learn the words that begin with these consonants. We will practice talking about our likes and dislikes and our family in Hindi.
Week 3 and 4: Hindi accents (matra) and learn words that use the matra. We will practice talking about our neighbourhood in Hindi.
Formation of words in Hindi and learning to read simple words
We will cover simple topics and themes like Hindi colour names, numbers in Hindi , greetings , family members, transportation and identification of basic things in Hindi.
