How does a Multi-Day Course work?

A Multi-Day Course meets multiple times over one or more weeks. Learners join the teacher in live video chat sessions at scheduled times. Outside of these sessions, they can take part in a classroom discussion group and message the teacher directly. Longer courses create more opportunities: real-time activities, engaging projects, and interaction with diverse classmates from other states and countries.

Class Experience

This class is an introduction to Biology, intended to pique students' curiosity and motivate them to dive into the concepts of Biology. How do we know if something is alive? What is the purpose of studying living things? How does Science find its claims and how reliable are they? Find out in this live class and discover your love for Biology! You will apply your knowledge directly with a hands-on scientific experiment that you are welcome to do at home. If you, like me, discover your love for Biology in this class, I invite you to take my 5-week long Biology in Action class over the summer!
