Class Experience

Students will enjoy an interactive lecture about carbohydrates, fat, and protein as well as vitamins and minerals while getting personalized instruction on what each nutrient means specifically to them. The classes will have a two-way communication process with face to face, virtual voice, & typed interaction. The lessons will be taught using charts, other teaching aids, and daily life objects. Animated videos and slide shows will be shown in both languages Hindi as well as English. The classes will be held in the late afternoon after 3 pm and before 7 pm according to the child's requirement. Topics covered will consist of essentials of a balanced diet and what, how, and when to balance a diet, pyramid of balanced diet, etc.

Students will learn the basics of macro and micro nutrients and the science behind a balanced diet

Practical work will be assigned to the students such as listing the food items which he/she takes in a meal for a day. This will create a sense of interest and will be beneficial in learning.
