How does a Multi-Day Course work?

A Multi-Day Course meets multiple times over one or more weeks. Learners join the teacher in live video chat sessions at scheduled times. Outside of these sessions, they can take part in a classroom discussion group and message the teacher directly. Longer courses create more opportunities: real-time activities, engaging projects, and interaction with diverse classmates from other states and countries.

Class Experience

The course is very simple. We will begin the classes with basic motility exercises and fun warm-up, then we move on the main exercise like Jumping Jacks, High Knees, Squats , Flatter kicks , Burpees and Plank. We will end the class with stretching exercise which will help in releasing the tension created on your muscle during the exercise. This course will help you to remove body stiffness and learning to do basic fun exercise that will be beneficial in keeping our body functioning better. Depth training focused on exactly what you need to improve your fitness level. This will be a training specifically created to increase your individual athleticism, power, and explosive ability. 

Students will learn that fitness in general can keep them active, healthy, and happy. Students will learn how important warm up exercises and stretching is important to recovery and reducing muscle soreness.

Nothing as such.


Remove body stiffness and learning to do basic fun exercise that will be beneficial in keeping our body functioning better.

To practice the exercise at home everyday for 15 minutes.

Students will be assessed through multiple question/feedback throughout the lesson. Students will be given feedback at the end of class as well. Students will be challenged to do better than they did in the previous class to display improvement.

Please assist the child while the class is on.
