How does a Multi-Day Course work?

A Multi-Day Course meets multiple times over one or more weeks. Learners join the teacher in live video chat sessions at scheduled times. Outside of these sessions, they can take part in a classroom discussion group and message the teacher directly. Longer courses create more opportunities: real-time activities, engaging projects, and interaction with diverse classmates from other states and countries.

Class Experience

You are an expression of self-resilience and power, at any age. Learn how to protect yourself from bullies, jerks, mean people who attack you with words, kicks, punches, grabs, submissions, and throws while delivering effective ones. You will practice martial art principles and apply a variety of martial arts techniques to address a variety of situation and circumstances. Students practice getting out of different situations by developing their natural self-defensive skills. They will also become familiar with reading opponents by an assortment of push-hand exercises.
This class will include following:
  • Warm up and stretching excersises
  • kicking, punching ,blocking, falling ,escaping etc
  • stance- work, duckin, weaving,bobbing, feinting, parrying and evading

I have almost 6 years experience in karate and self defense.

Loose fitting clothing e.g. t-shirt and bottoms.

1. Be aware of the environment and better prepared to handle any situation. 2. Be adaptive to change in circumstances and defend effectively. 3. Be knowledgeable of ones own abilities and use them to their advantage.

The session should be done in loose fitting clothing e.g. t-shirt and bottoms. Your child should also train in bare feet. Please also make sure your child has an open space to move around in.
