Class Experience
In this dance fitness course we will be learning choreography and my each class targets strength, stamina and flexibility for overall musculoskeletal and cardiovascular strength which helps in development of brain and body. Complex combinations challenge brain to work, definitely a fun way to train mind and body.
What will we be doing in the sessions?
Warm Up - The class starts with a warm up exercise to slowly bring up the heart rate and make you ready to dance.
Cardio - Warm up is followed by Cardio Dance steps where the intensity and speed of steps will gradually increase. Cardio will be done on 4 songs. The steps are easy to understand and perform.
Toning - The third section will be of toning. Toning routine will be either standing or on the mat. Any 2 parts of body from Arms, Legs and Abs will be covered in every class.
Stretching - The class will end with stretching as it helps to release the stress and tension in your muscles and boosts the flexibility in them.
