How does a Multi-Day Course work?

A Multi-Day Course meets multiple times over one or more weeks. Learners join the teacher in live video chat sessions at scheduled times. Outside of these sessions, they can take part in a classroom discussion group and message the teacher directly. Longer courses create more opportunities: real-time activities, engaging projects, and interaction with diverse classmates from other states and countries.

Class Experience

The course is about online teaching of Freestyle exercise like body foundation, grooving, strength, personality development & many more.

This course meets thrice a week to work on increasing strength and endurance. Each week's class is structured the same as they're building towards the same skillset. Each class will begin with a short warm-up to prevent injury and will be followed by a series of strength and cardio exercises. Classes will conclude with a short cool down.

Students will be doing physical activities during this class please make sure that students have a water bottle in class to stay hydrated. Students must have a safe, comfortable, non-slippery space. Please make sure to clear the space of anything to prevent students from tripping over items or breaking anything. Please make sure students are not wearing socks if they are on a slippery floor and are in comfortable clothes for the activities. Students do not need to wear sneakers but can if they are more comfortable for the student.

Students should bring a water bottle to class to stay hydrated. Ideally, students have a [yoga or any other non-slippery] mat.


Students will improve their fitness and flexibility by working towards achieving their personal goals and improving their strength and endurance.

Will be informed.

It will be assessed in the classroom by the teacher.

Making the children practice. Please be aware of your child's abilities and supervise as necessary to avoid potential injuries. Most activities in this class involve minimal risk but as with any physical activities, there is the potential to overexert themselves if not properly supervised.

I am Surender.I am a dance instructor. I am from Faridabad, Haryana. I started self training at the age of 16. I have also stood as a resource person in various dance workshops across the country. I have won many local dance competitions and also got to opportunity to judge various competitions. Also I have represented India twice in International competitions and won India’s Top 6 Trophy in the year 2019.
