How does a Multi-Day Course work?

A Multi-Day Course meets multiple times over one or more weeks. Learners join the teacher in live video chat sessions at scheduled times. Outside of these sessions, they can take part in a classroom discussion group and message the teacher directly. Longer courses create more opportunities: real-time activities, engaging projects, and interaction with diverse classmates from other states and countries.

Class Experience

The course is about fitness and exercise. In this course work will be done on your entire body. Students will jump into a fun, engaging fitness class that will serve as a great mid-day break for parents! Parents will receive a breath of fresh air as their child improves on numerous fitness tests, proving that this class works. Students will start class 1 with a fitness challenge that measures where each student is at. Then, throughout our workshop together, we will improve on SMART Goals, set by the students.

I see great value in students feeling appropriately challenged to pursue a specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely goal that they set for themselves. Students will feel energized, encouraged and most importantly positive during and after this summer fitness challenge! I look forward to meeting your learner for some awesome workouts!

Students will need access to a water bottle, an open space (a living room, backyard, etc.) and closed toed shoes. Warm up will be led by me at the beginning of class. Students are encouraged to stretch following the class.

Nothing as such.


Students will learn fun ways to workout and develop new motor skills.

Will be informed in the classroom.

Will be assessed in the classroom.

Parents should supervise their child to ensure that they are in a safe area and are performing the activities/movements within the workout correctly.

I am Simran. I live in Dehradun. I am Pursuing MSc Chemistry from Chandigarh University and I will finish my final exam by 5th June. Extra curricular activities : 1) Inter college bronze medalist in chess 2) And got 1st position in dance inter college competition
