How does a Multi-Day Course work?

A Multi-Day Course meets multiple times over one or more weeks. Learners join the teacher in live video chat sessions at scheduled times. Outside of these sessions, they can take part in a classroom discussion group and message the teacher directly. Longer courses create more opportunities: real-time activities, engaging projects, and interaction with diverse classmates from other states and countries.

Class Experience

In this ongoing class, your child will be immersed in yoga, meditation, relaxation and stories to calm the mind and reflect.

Enjoy 45-minutes of exercise/stretching, meditation. Students will learn specific yoga poses including yoga flows (sun salutations) and balance poses like tree pose and eagle pose. We will practice mindfulness by engaging in brief, teacher-led meditations using Belly Breathing and guided meditations. This is an inclusive class and all aspects can be modified for your learner.

Daily Agenda:

  • Intention setting and greeting 
  • Yoga sequence 
  • Closing meditation

This class supports your learner in social and emotional learning.

The physically literate individual demonstrates competency in a variety of motor skills and movement patterns.

 The physically literate individual exhibits responsible personal and social behavior that respects self and others.

Experienced instructor, University medalist in yoga.

Bring your yoga mat or towel and water bottle, set-up in front of your computer or device and you are good to go!

Nothing as such.


Students will become more active, physically fit and flexible. Students will learn to move and relax their bodies and minds. Students will be leave each session calm and ready to embrace the day or end it peacefully!

Practice of the home work.

It will be assessed in the classroom.

Please note that parents are advised of the potential hazards of a yoga/movement practice (including, but not limited to, needing an open workout space, proper footwear, a water bottle if needed, and adequate stretching beforehand) as well as injuries that can occur if not properly supervised.
