In this ongoing class, your child will be immersed in yoga, meditation, relaxation and stories to calm the mind and reflect.
Enjoy 45-minutes of exercise/stretching, meditation. Students will learn specific yoga poses including yoga flows (sun salutations) and balance poses like tree pose and eagle pose. We will practice mindfulness by engaging in brief, teacher-led meditations using Belly Breathing and guided meditations. This is an inclusive class and all aspects can be modified for your learner.
