During the classes, students follow along with me to practice dance steps before performing each step with the music. When the dance steps are new, I will perform the steps with the students and as they belong to feel confident with the setting on their own, they will practice the dance steps while she watches. At a few points in the class, students will be given a chance to be creative and put forward a step from their own imagination.
Warm Up - The class starts with a warm up exercise to slowly bring up the heart rate and make you ready to dance.
Cardio - Warm up is followed by Cardio Dance steps where the intensity and speed of steps will gradually increase. Cardio will be done on 4 songs. The steps are easy to understand and perform.
Toning - The third section will be of toning. Toning routine will be either standing or on the mat. Any 2 parts of body from Arms, Legs and Abs will be covered in every class.
Stretching - The class will end with stretching as it helps to release the stress and tension in your muscles and boosts the flexibility in them.
The class will be online, once in a week for 45 mins. The session will cover Cardio workouts plus toning for arms, legs and abs. Workout will be based on latest bollywood songs sometimes mixed with english songs.
The song routine will be kept the same for students to get familiar with the steps and sometimes it would be changed to keep it fresh and new.
