In this course students are going to learn about basic techniques of football and working on their fitness. Students will actively participate in a fast paced, soccer and strength training class! Students will learn new skills weekly while increasing their level of fitness.

How does a Multi-Day Course work?

A Multi-Day Course meets multiple times over one or more weeks. Learners join the teacher in live video chat sessions at scheduled times. Outside of these sessions, they can take part in a classroom discussion group and message the teacher directly. Longer courses create more opportunities: real-time activities, engaging projects, and interaction with diverse classmates from other states and countries.

Class Experience

This class will be taught by demonstration. Students will be introduced to techniques used in cardio, strength training, and soccer exercises. This class is open to students of all ability levels. Soccer skills will include a focus on ball control skills and will only require a small space. Cardio and strength training will also take place in a smaller area but will be intense. Class will conclude with a Soccer Challenge each week. The Soccer Challenge allows the students to compete with each other and/or against themselves over Zoom.

For all those parents who have been looking to introduce fitness with their kids; this class will be helpful to not just focus on the core physical strength of the child but also learn the game of football. 

These are LIVE interactive classes where we will be focusing on segments with respect to the game. 

Coach will demonstrate the students and then they will be performing the same. If the coach finds any need for correction then the coach again will help the student correct their form.

Areas covered mostly in these sessions:

1. Football techniques
2. Basic freestyle
3. Fitness and agility
4. Strength, body balance, and flexibility.

Students going to learn how to get comfortable with football and to do things easily.. they gonna learn healthy lifestyle. Students will learn the importance of cardiovascular health with the goal of building a healthy, long term, high level of fitness. Students will also learn strength exercises by using a resistance band and soccer dribbling skills to help in ball control. This extended format of the Ongoing class will allow for discussions on teamwork, leadership, and collaboration.

Will be notified in the classroom.

It will certainly be assessed in the class by the teacher.

This class can take place inside or outside. Students should have water nearby and plenty of space to perform exercises. I recommend an area of 10x10 feet with the student's computer positioned at eye level while standing. This class is a physical class and will increase the student's heart rate. It is recommended to make sure student's recognize their own fitness level and do not overexert themselves.

Hey my name is Mridul Mehra and I am a licensed Football coach. I am a state level player and was the captain of my college team. I also have represented Hindustan FC in I-league 2nd division. I am working as a football coach in a school from past 2 years . Also have a 5 years of experience in providing group Football sessions. My passion is both playing and coaching. I love to train kids and want them to stay fit and develop skills. I just want kids to get better at early age so that they can enjoy playing football and can achieve their goals.
