This class will be taught by demonstration. Students will be introduced to techniques used in cardio, strength training, and soccer exercises. This class is open to students of all ability levels. Soccer skills will include a focus on ball control skills and will only require a small space. Cardio and strength training will also take place in a smaller area but will be intense. Class will conclude with a Soccer Challenge each week. The Soccer Challenge allows the students to compete with each other and/or against themselves over Zoom.
For all those parents who have been looking to introduce fitness with their kids; this class will be helpful to not just focus on the core physical strength of the child but also learn the game of football.
These are LIVE interactive classes where we will be focusing on segments with respect to the game.
Coach will demonstrate the students and then they will be performing the same. If the coach finds any need for correction then the coach again will help the student correct their form.
