How does a Multi-Day Course work?

A Multi-Day Course meets multiple times over one or more weeks. Learners join the teacher in live video chat sessions at scheduled times. Outside of these sessions, they can take part in a classroom discussion group and message the teacher directly. Longer courses create more opportunities: real-time activities, engaging projects, and interaction with diverse classmates from other states and countries.

Class Experience

Parents are trying to find ways to keep their kids occupied and active. Kids need to move their bodies, get the wiggles out, and burn off some of that pent-up energy, especially if they're out of their normal daily routine.  Although outdoor play is limited, there are many creative activities to put together or get involved in. Still having trouble thinking of creative ways to entertain your kids? 

This program allows parents and their kids to join in on the fun while getting a good workout in. This course offers kid classes in dance and strength that are 10 minutes long and for ages 6-10. 

The need for kids to get up and move their bodies is a crucial part of every single day, and not just while you're cooped up at home together for the foreseeable future. 

Give your active kids a chance to work off some energy! This course offers sessions that will be fun and will have your kids up and active. It ranges from all different ages and skill levels.
