Class Experience

Math is an interesting subject to study. Topics like Fractions are important because they tell you what portion of a whole you need, have, or want. It is important and also fun to calculate how much part of anything you want to use or needs. For example, I have a pizza and I have to share it with my friend, I will divide the 8 slices into parts of 4, which’ll be exactly half for both of us. With this I can calculate the percentage also that will be 50% of what both have eaten of the pizza. Percentages are important for understanding the financial aspects of everyday life. We use decimals every day while dealing with money, weight, length, etc. So all of these concepts tell us the amount of quantity needed by us which will help us in our daily lives. This class will include creative pictures, graphical tools, and videos to demonstrate how are fractions, decimals, and percentages calculated. Also a good amount of worksheets will be provided to the students.

About Me

Greetings to everyone! I am Ridhima Gaba from Delhi. I am going to teach various subjects to students on this platform. I’m a graduate in psychology, though I specialise in that subject too. Mathematics has been interesting teaching to classes till standard 8th. I have been teaching students various other subjects also and I share an affectionate bond with the students I teach. Every subject is taught in a different way, using various pictographs skills, presentations, written material but it’ll be a class that’ll be more interactive rather than only a regular teaching session. The most important quality of a teacher should be that he/ she should connect with the students and that is what I can do. I really look forward to teach students on the Fundoo platform.
