Drawing on skills from my background in Montessori teaching, I help young minds give form to their imagination. The classes are structured in a progressive format, with each session building on the previous one. Students are encouraged to actively participate and seek out clarifications, making this an interactive session that also allows new friendships to blossom. In the 4-week "Introduction to Pencil Sketching" class, children start with learning to convert basic geometric shapes to forms using techniques like shading and blending. They are introduced to different styles of shading, gradient, highlights and proportion. Once they learn to draw the basic shapes, they are introduced to real still life objects with increasing difficulty levels eg: Fruits, Lamp, Butterfly, Jar, Flower etc. A couple of classes towards the end of the course, will be focused on learning how to sketch a beautiful piece of scenery.
