How does a Multi-Day Course work?

A Multi-Day Course meets multiple times over one or more weeks. Learners join the teacher in live video chat sessions at scheduled times. Outside of these sessions, they can take part in a classroom discussion group and message the teacher directly. Longer courses create more opportunities: real-time activities, engaging projects, and interaction with diverse classmates from other states and countries.

Zumba classes are rocking', high-energy dance parties packed with kid-friendly routines. The teacher will break down the steps, add games/activities, and cultural exploration elements are incorporated into the class structure. Each class begins with a warm-up and ends with a cool down to help keep our bodies safe. No dance experience is necessary.

Participants will dancing and working out on different playlists every session.
