In this 4 weeks flex course, students will investigate and apply the basic concepts and principles of lifetime physical fitness and other health-related factors. There will be a Fitness program for children to provide a solid platform for their overall development.

How does a Multi-Day Course work?

A Multi-Day Course meets multiple times over one or more weeks. Learners join the teacher in live video chat sessions at scheduled times. Outside of these sessions, they can take part in a classroom discussion group and message the teacher directly. Longer courses create more opportunities: real-time activities, engaging projects, and interaction with diverse classmates from other states and countries.

Class Experience

Instead of seeing this as just another course, this class will be a 60-minute unique blend of fun and fitness activities that have designed steps to ensure that children have a holistic approach to being fit.

 Warm-up
 Firstly, we begin with a prayer like sitting in a sukhasana position, taking a few minutes to sit quietly to calm down children's busy mind and body so that they can easily focus on the task ahead of them.
 Then we use music and movement to do the warm-up in an engaging, simple, and a light-hearted way to wiggle their bodies and emotions and to get them in momentum.

 Core exercises
 Narration and explanation of stories will be done to include core exercises to increase their balance, flexibility, endurance, agility, and speed while using various animal yoga poses.
 

 Games 
Then we include different types of games to develop their eye-hand coordination, analytical reasoning, and problems solving skills and confidence.

 Cooldown 
 All classes end with cooldowns with chants of Om which gives them calmness and relaxation.
 After including all these fun elements in the class, children will enjoy themselves while learning different exercises without missing their outdoor play.

Material Required:

1st week-
Core exercises(Theme- farm animals)
Material required: 4 air-filled balloons
5 small size balls
2 baskets/boxes or anything available at home.


2nd week-
Core exercise (Theme- aquatic  animals)
Material required: 3 baskets balls


3rd week-
Core exercise (Theme- alphabet yoga)
Material required: 4 cushions/ pillows
1 medium-size chair


 4th week-
 Core exercises (Theme- Shapes yoga)
 Material required: 1 scarf/ big handkerchief

I have around 12 years teaching experience with young children as a preschool teacher in pune as well as l also run my fun fitness online class as hobby for children's over all development.

Yes, few materials will be needed before the class.

Multiple Class: 4 weeks, 4 days, each day one hour.

Children will learn locomotive skills, object control skills, body management skills, different yoga postures, importance of breath and general wellness, regime blood circulation,proper growth, sound sleep,mental well-being.basicly they will become refresh, recharge and revitalize.

No worries! Small fun tasks will be given which will be enjoyable

The progress will be assessed daily in the class.

Young children to be accompanied by a caregiver or parents.

About Me

l have been in the education system as a school teacher for the past 15 years and a fitness coach for the past 4 years with a postgraduate degree in English and a diploma in nursery teacher training. Being a district-level athlete and playing various sports in school and college my passion has always been fitness integrated with teaching and interacting with kids with a motto of making teaching and learning a better experience. Kids of the new era are sharp, do not want to follow the orthodox teaching methods, and have lots of energy. Channeling this energy to be productive is the need and that has to be done in a way that they enjoy and can do repeatedly. To be on the same level as them we must have the same energy as them, to keep them engaged and help them grow. So if your kid is ready to learn something new and enthusiastically register them with me. l will make their body and mind healthy and create a healthy balance between physical fitness and intellectual growth
