Students identify why & how to manage their time more efficiently & effectively. We will be learning how to make the most efficient use of time, discussing procrastination, multi-tasking, distractions, etc. Students will learn strategies to prioritise things.

How does a Multi-Day Course work?

A Multi-Day Course meets multiple times over one or more weeks. Learners join the teacher in live video chat sessions at scheduled times. Outside of these sessions, they can take part in a classroom discussion group and message the teacher directly. Longer courses create more opportunities: real-time activities, engaging projects, and interaction with diverse classmates from other states and countries.

Class Experience

This class is all about students identifying the areas of their day and schedule that they are not using time efficiently. Students will be guided in reviewing their responsibilities; independently wake up and go to sleep on time, self-manage screen time limits and prioritize homework and self care. 

We will be learning how to make the most efficient use of time, discussing procrastination, multi-tasking, distractions, etc. Students will learn strategies and tricks on how to maximize their time, with the goal of doing better quality of work, without stress, and in less time.

Extensive experience in training & content development. Trained more than 3000 people with above 25000 hours of dedicated training of diverse age group (5 to 70 years) since 2016. The trainees were corporate employees, shop floor workers, teachers, People with disability, adolescent and children. Some of the topics of training were Safety Measures at Workplace, Ownership at Work, Communication Skills, Leadership, Positive Thinking, Spoken English (48- 60 hours), Conflict Management, etc. With substantial knowledge of content development, the courses developed are based upon theories and principles of psychology. The workshop & training programs are based upon Kirk Patrick Model. Each session is evaluated to understand change in behavior. Capable in improving organizations through improved revenues, improving infrastructure, organizational structure, psychological assessments of employees. As an Industrial Psychologist, passion towards cultivating fruitful work environment has helped in improving profits, productivity, employee satisfaction, work life balance, adopting to standard procedures and reduced workplace accidents. Competent in creating a win- win relationship between employees and various stakeholders. Further, experienced in employee recruitment and selection, full and final of employees.
